Is Case Western or Brown better for neuroscience?

I’m trying to narrow down my college list and both Case Western and Brown keep coming up for neuroscience. I know they’re very different schools, but I’m mostly trying to understand which one tends to be stronger for a student who wants to study neuroscience in college and possibly go into research or med school later.
