Case Western or Washington University in St. Louis for neuroscience: which is better for undergraduates?

I’m trying to decide between these two schools and I’m especially interested in neuroscience. I know both are strong academically, but I’m having a hard time figuring out which one is generally the better choice for an undergraduate student who wants to study neuroscience.

I’m mostly comparing them for the overall strength of the program and undergraduate experience in that field.
