What are the next steps after being accepted to Arizona State University?

I’m a high school senior and I was recently admitted to ASU. I want to make sure I understand what usually comes after an acceptance so I can stay organized and not miss anything important.

I’m especially trying to figure out the general sequence of what admitted students are supposed to do after they get in.

After an ASU acceptance, the usual sequence is pretty straightforward. First, check your My ASU portal regularly because that is where ASU posts your next steps, financial aid updates, and housing information.

After that, most students move into logistics. That usually means submitting the FAFSA if you have not already, reviewing financial aid and scholarship offers, sending final official transcripts after graduation, and checking whether ASU still needs immunization records or residency documents.

Housing is another major step. If you want to live on campus, apply for housing as early as you can because space and room selection are often tied to timing.

Then focus on setup tasks like checking your ASU email, arranging payment or a payment plan.
