However, getting around is less seamless than in Boston: students often rely on campus transportation, rideshares, bikes, or cars, and urban activity is more of a planned outing than an extension of everyday campus life.

Duke’s Gothic West Campus, Duke Gardens, athletic culture, and residential community create a classic campus atmosphere, while Northeastern offers more of the energy, convenience, and occasional noise that come with living in Boston.
