The size also means you need to be proactive: join a lab, attend office hours, and pursue internships rather than assuming opportunities will come to you.

For careers as a licensed psychologist, therapist, or counselor, your undergraduate institution matters less than earning strong grades, research experience, relevant service or clinical exposure, and eventually completing the required graduate degree and licensure.
