Is Harvard or Carnegie Mellon better for studying artificial intelligence?

Both can prepare a motivated student well for AI. Carnegie Mellon offers more immediate specialization and a denser technical AI culture; Harvard offers strong computing resources with more room to combine AI deeply with other disciplines.
