The important distinction is not that Hopkins lacks serious AI work; it has strong computer science and research opportunities. Rather, its AI advantages are often most pronounced at the intersection of AI and its research-intensive health and science ecosystem, while Georgia Tech provides a broader and more visibly structured computer-science-to-AI pipeline for an undergraduate seeking conventional tech-industry roles after graduation.
