Is Stanford or Harvey Mudd more collaborative for undergraduate students?

A student can absolutely build a highly collaborative CS experience there, especially through design teams, research groups, and residence communities, but it is less automatic than at Mudd.

For the specific priority of a reliably collaborative undergraduate culture in computer science and engineering, Harvey Mudd has the clearer edge. Stanford may be the more appealing choice only if you want that collaboration within a much larger university, with wider course offerings, research scale, and professional opportunities.
