UW sits in Seattle’s University District, where restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, apartments, and student activity begin immediately beyond campus. Emory is in the Druid Hills area near Decatur, a residential and heavily wooded part of metro Atlanta that feels quieter and less downtown-oriented.
