How should I compare MIT and Yale for biomedical engineering?

I’m a high school senior deciding whether to apply to MIT or Yale for biomedical engineering. I’m especially interested in combining engineering with biology and eventually working in medical research, so I’m trying to understand which school’s undergraduate program would be a better fit for that goal.
