Which offers better internship access: the University of Georgia or George Washington University?

Students can realistically build a class schedule around part-time internships without needing a car or a long regional commute.

The University of Georgia has meaningful internship access, especially through Athens, alumni connections, and the broader Atlanta business market. UGA can be especially effective for fields tied to Georgia industries, education, agriculture, journalism, marketing, and business, but Atlanta is far enough from Athens that many students pursue those opportunities in the summer or through structured programs rather than commuting there several days each week.
