Mill Avenue, downtown Phoenix, and the surrounding area give students more options than a typical college town, so weekends can feel busy even when there is not a major campus event.

School spirit is where Clemson pushes back hard. Clemson has a tighter, more classic college-town atmosphere, and its traditions feel more central to student life. Football weekends are a huge part of the experience, and when the campus is buzzing, Clemson can feel more unified and electric than ASU because so much of the social scene is concentrated around the school.
