If your priority is internship access, name recognition, and breadth of opportunities, Syracuse has the clearer edge.

Syracuse’s Whitman School is the more widely recognized business school of the two, and that matters in recruiting. It tends to offer a broader business ecosystem, with more student organizations, more specialized resources, and a bigger alumni presence in finance, marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. Syracuse also benefits from having a large university infrastructure around the business school, which usually translates into more employer events and a deeper campus network.

Adelphi is not without advantages. Its location on Long Island puts you closer to New York City, which can help with internships during the academic year if you are proactive.
