UVA vs Tufts for undergraduate teaching: which has stronger professor access and class experience?

The biggest practical tradeoff is scale versus intimacy. UVA offers the resources, breadth, and alumni network of a large public university, but that usually means more variation in class size and professor access, especially in introductory courses.
