Temple is especially attractive for a student who wants internship access built into the school year. Fox also has a strong professional-development culture, and the city setting makes informational interviews, networking nights, and commuter-friendly internship schedules much more realistic.

Binghamton makes sense for a student who is comfortable being more intentional and sometimes more self-directed about finding opportunities. The School of Management is well respected, and students do place into finance-related internships, especially if they target New York City for summers and use alumni connections aggressively. But Binghamton’s location is less advantageous for semester-time internships, so the path often depends more on summer recruiting, travel, and proactive outreach rather than nearby access.
