Case Western vs Stanford for biomedical engineering: which is better for undergraduates?

I’m trying to narrow down my college list and keep seeing Case Western and Stanford come up for biomedical engineering. I know both are strong schools, but I’m mostly trying to understand which one tends to be the better choice for an undergraduate who wants a solid BME education and research opportunities.
