That can feel comfortable and easy to navigate, though some students see it as quieter or more repetitive.

For parties specifically, Ohio State has more scale and more options, especially off campus. Villanova has parties and plenty of social activity, but the overall atmosphere is less sprawling and more tied to established circles. If you want a campus where weekends feel busy almost by default, Ohio State has that edge. If you want a social life that is lively without feeling huge, Villanova tends to deliver that more naturally.
