Is Georgia Tech or Boston University better for internships?

Boston University is still very solid, especially if you want flexibility across tech, business, healthcare, and interdisciplinary work. Being in Boston puts you near startups, biotech, hospitals, research labs, and larger companies, which can be excellent for students whose interests overlap with software, data, entrepreneurship, or life sciences. The city itself is a major advantage because students can pursue in-semester internships more easily than at many campus-centered schools.

Georgia Tech tends to offer a more concentrated technical recruiting environment for undergrads in STEM. If your priority is the easiest path to strong engineering or computing internships, especially through established recruiting channels, Georgia Tech is likely the more favorable option. BU becomes more compelling when you want a broader urban internship landscape rather than the strongest singular pull in technical recruiting.
