Which is better for accounting: University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign or UConn?

That can be especially helpful if you want flexibility to work in Chicago, other major Midwest markets, or nationally after graduation.

UConn makes sense for a student who wants a strong accounting education in a somewhat more regional context, especially if they are interested in the Northeast. It has a respected business school and solid outcomes, and it can be a very practical choice for students who want to build connections in Connecticut, Boston, New York, or nearby areas. Some students also prefer UConn if they want a campus experience that feels a bit less dominated by the scale and intensity of a place like UIUC.
