Carnegie Mellon vs UC Berkeley for game design: which is better for undergrad opportunities?
I’m trying to figure out which school would be a better fit for game design as an undergrad. I know both are strong schools overall, but I’m mainly interested in how each one supports students who want to build games, work on game projects, and get into the industry.
I’m comparing them because I want a program where I can develop both the creative and technical side of game design without feeling like I’m forcing it through the wrong major.
