Is Duke or Williams considered more prestigious overall?

So if the question is overall public reputation, Duke usually comes out ahead. If the question is prestige within the liberal arts college sphere or among people who value elite undergraduate teaching very highly, Williams is on that same top tier and can even carry more weight in those circles.
