How do Duke and UC San Diego compare for undergraduate research opportunities?
I’m a high school junior trying to figure out which school would be better if I want to get involved in research as an undergrad. I’ve heard both Duke and UC San Diego are strong academically, but I’m not sure how accessible research is for students and how early people usually get to join labs.
