Is Northeastern or MIT harder to get into for undergraduate admissions?

The biggest practical tradeoff in this comparison is that both schools are highly selective, but MIT is in a different tier of admissions difficulty overall. MIT has a much smaller undergraduate class, a more academically extreme applicant pool, and a very strong concentration of students with top-level math, science, and research profiles.
