Does Cornell offer alumni interviews for undergraduate admissions?

I’m applying to Cornell and I keep seeing mixed information about interviews at different colleges. I’m trying to figure out whether Cornell actually offers alumni interviews for undergrad admissions, or if that’s only something some schools within Cornell do.

Cornell does not generally offer evaluative alumni interviews for undergraduate admissions across all of its colleges.

For most applicants, you should not expect a traditional alumni interview that plays a significant role in the admissions decision.

The main exception is architecture.

For other Cornell undergraduate colleges, there may occasionally be informal contact from alumni or current students, but this is usually informational rather than evaluative. In other words, it is meant to help you learn more about Cornell, not to assess you for admission in the way interviews work at some other universities.
