Fordham Rose Hill has a traditional, gated residential campus in the Bronx with quick access to the rest of New York, whereas Fordham Lincoln Center is woven directly into Midtown Manhattan.

Georgetown is immediately connected to the Georgetown neighborhood: students can walk to M Street, the waterfront, cafés, restaurants, shops, and internships or cultural events throughout D.C. Its campus itself feels distinct from the city, though, and it is not directly adjacent to a Metro station; students often use buses, rideshares, or longer walks to reach other parts of D.C. The surrounding area can feel more like an affluent historic district than a dense downtown.

At Fordham Rose Hill, the campus has stronger physical boundaries and more of a classic college-campus feel than Georgetown. You are in a genuinely urban borough, near the Fordham Road commercial corridor, the Botanical Garden, and public transit, but Manhattan is a destination rather than something outside your dorm every day. Fordham Lincoln Center, by contrast, puts students amid Lincoln Square, close to major subway lines, performing arts venues, Central Park, and the daily pace of Manhattan.

If Fordham Lincoln Center is on the table, it provides the most immersive urban-campus experience of the three settings, because the city is not simply accessible from campus; it is the campus environment.
