For career outcomes, compare placement reports for your exact major rather than college-wide reputation. Look at internship access, employers that recruit directly, median starting salaries where published, graduate-school placement, and the kinds of roles recent graduates actually take. Also ask whether either school has a guaranteed or realistic path to co-ops, undergraduate research, or paid summer work in your field.
