Is Stanford or UPenn better preparation for applying to business school later?

For top MBA admissions, neither college creates an automatic advantage. MBA programs will care far more about your college performance, leadership, internships and full-time work impact, recommendations, and the clarity of your post-MBA goals. Most successful applicants also apply after gaining several years of substantive professional experience rather than going directly from college.
