Vanderbilt’s computer science program is smaller, but its U.S.-based alumni network and recruiting access can be valuable for students targeting American internships and full-time roles.

For internship access, NUS benefits from being in Singapore, where students can pursue term-time and summer opportunities with multinational employers as well as Southeast Asian startups. Its name is well understood by employers across Asia, and its technical curriculum, peer environment, and computing-focused opportunities can be especially appealing for students who want a rigorous CS-centered experience.
