UConn is the clear fit for an undergraduate student whose goal is to become a registered nurse, because it offers a direct Bachelor of Science in Nursing program that prepares students for RN licensure. Northwestern does not have a traditional undergraduate BSN program, so enrolling there would not put you on a standard four-year nursing pathway.
