What undergraduate majors does Harvard offer?

I’m a high school junior starting to build my college list, and I’m trying to figure out whether Harvard has the kinds of majors I’d actually want to study.

I know some colleges use different terms like concentrations instead of majors, so I’m mainly looking for what undergraduate academic fields Harvard offers.

Harvard calls its undergraduate majors concentrations. Harvard College offers more than 50 concentrations across the arts, humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, engineering, and applied fields.

Some of the main options include African and African American Studies, Anthropology, Applied Mathematics, Art, Film, and Visual Studies, Astrophysics, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical and Physical Biology, Chemistry, Classics, Comparative Literature, Computer Science, Earth and Planetary Sciences, Economics, Electrical Engineering, English, Environmental Science and Engineering, Environmental Science and Public Policy, Government, History, History of Art and Architecture, Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology, Linguistics, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Music, Neuroscience, Philosophy, Physics, Psychology, Religion, Sociology, Statistics, and Theater, Dance, and Media.

Harvard also offers interdisciplinary concentrations such as History and Literature, Social Studies, and Neuroscience, plus special concentration options where students can design a custom academic program if their interests are not fully covered by an existing field.

In addition to concentrations, students can pursue secondary fields, which are similar to minors. Harvard does not offer traditional minors, but secondary fields let you add another area of study alongside your main concentration.
