Which offers more hands-on learning for undergraduates: the University of Florida or Cal Poly?

The University of Florida has excellent hands-on opportunities, but they can be less uniform because UF is a much larger research university with a broader graduate and professional-school presence. Students can find meaningful lab work, undergraduate research, clinical and community-engagement opportunities, maker spaces, internships, and project-based courses, particularly in engineering, health-related fields, agriculture, and the sciences.
