Which is better for undergraduate aerospace engineering: the University of Minnesota or CU Boulder?

I’m a high school senior deciding between the University of Minnesota and CU Boulder for aerospace engineering. I’m mainly trying to choose the program that will give me the stronger undergraduate preparation for aerospace careers and engineering internships.

Minnesota becomes the more compelling decision when it is significantly less expensive, offers a substantially better scholarship package, or when you value broader engineering options more than a campus environment centered on aerospace.
