UIUC vs. Wisconsin for Electrical Engineering Job Placement

The biggest practical tradeoff is that UIUC offers a larger, more engineering-specialized recruiting ecosystem and a particularly deep national reputation in electrical and computer engineering, while Wisconsin–Madison offers excellent placement with a somewhat stronger pull in Wisconsin and the upper Midwest.
