Is Carnegie Mellon or Washington University in St. Louis More Prestigious for Science?

I’m a high school senior comparing Carnegie Mellon and Washington University in St. Louis for studying science. I’m mainly trying to understand which school has the stronger overall reputation and academic prestige in the sciences.
