NYU is better positioned for someone seeking frequent in-semester access to a broad national and international employer market, particularly in industries centered in New York. In either case, the student’s major matters: NYU’s location is most consequential for city-based industries, while UF’s institutional and statewide connections can be especially meaningful in technical, research, healthcare, and Florida-focused careers.
