Which is better for undergraduate computer science, the University of Maryland or Caltech?

I’m a high school senior deciding between the University of Maryland and Caltech for computer science. I’m interested in strong coursework, research opportunities, and preparation for a career in the field, but I’m unsure how the two programs compare overall.
