Boston University typically offers the stronger internship environment for a student who wants frequent, in-semester access to a large range of employers. That makes it practical to hold a part-time internship during the academic year rather than limiting most experience to summers.

For someone with a clear interest in UCSB’s research-driven or California tech-and-environment niches, UCSB can be especially compelling.
