UIUC vs UC Berkeley: Which Has the Stronger Overall STEM Reputation?

For overall STEM reputation across employers and graduate programs, UC Berkeley has the broader national and international name recognition. Berkeley is widely associated with elite research in computer science, engineering, physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology, and entrepreneurship.

UIUC is not meaningfully behind in the areas where it is strongest.
