Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business gives you smaller classes, more built-in advising, and a campus culture that feels more personal, but its recruiting network is not usually as wide as Iowa’s.

For business strength, Iowa has the edge in overall reputation and employer visibility. Tippie is especially well known in areas like accounting, finance, business analytics, and risk management, and Iowa City’s business school has long-standing connections with major firms that hire in volume.
