Ohio State has the more intense, constant school spirit, while Georgia’s spirit is huge too but feels a little more concentrated around football weekends and SEC traditions. At Ohio State, traditions like Script Ohio, TBDBITL, and game-day rituals make school pride feel present almost all the time. At Georgia, students care deeply about the Bulldogs, Sanford Stadium creates a major game-day atmosphere, and traditions like ringing the Chapel Bell are very real, but the day-to-day vibe is usually a bit less all-consuming.

One big difference is how school spirit shows up outside the stadium. Ohio State’s campus culture is saturated with Buckeye identity year-round, and even non-football events often carry that same pride.
