At Case Western, you can walk to places like the Cleveland Museum of Art and Severance Music Center, and students regularly use the nearby RTA trains and buses to get downtown, to neighborhoods like Coventry or Ohio City, and to events beyond campus. It feels like you are living in a real city district.

Duke has plenty to do nearby, but the experience is more campus-centered and spread out. Durham is a real city with good food, culture, and growing downtown energy, yet Duke’s main campus is not as tightly integrated into downtown day-to-day life.
