University of Delaware vs Temple University for city life: which has a more urban campus experience?

The biggest practical tradeoff is that Temple is embedded in a major city, while the University of Delaware has a classic college-town setting with some nearby city access but not a truly urban campus feel. Temple’s main campus sits in North Philadelphia, so public transit, city streets, rowhouse neighborhoods, restaurants, events, and off-campus activity are part of everyday life. Delaware’s Newark campus is much more self-contained and walkable in a traditional campus sense, with Main Street nearby, but it feels like a college town first, not a city campus.
