Arizona State vs Boston University for biology research: which is better for undergrad opportunities?

I’m trying to compare these two schools mainly for biology research as an undergraduate. I’m interested in how easy it is to get involved in a lab, how much research experience an undergrad can realistically get, and whether one school has stronger opportunities for biology majors overall.

I know both are big enough to offer research, but I’m having trouble figuring out which one would give me a better environment for hands-on lab work and faculty involvement.
