University of Minnesota vs McGill for biology: which is better for a premed or research-focused student?

I’m trying to decide between these two schools and I’m interested in biology, especially if I end up doing research or premed. Both seem strong, but I’m having a hard time figuring out which one would be the better fit academically for a biology student.
