Arizona State vs University of Maine for climate science: which is better for an undergraduate degree?

I’m trying to decide between Arizona State and the University of Maine for climate science as a high school senior. I’m interested in studying climate change, weather, and environmental systems, but I’m not sure which school would be a better fit for an undergraduate who wants solid research and career opportunities.

Both seem to have related programs, so I’m mainly trying to understand which one would give me the stronger overall experience for climate science.
