For undergraduate research, is UC Davis or Caltech generally better?
I’m trying to figure out which school would give me a better research experience as an undergrad. UC Davis and Caltech both seem strong, but I’m not sure how they compare in terms of access to labs, faculty involvement, and opportunities to do meaningful research early on.
