Purdue vs Washington and Lee for college experience: how different are the campus cultures?

If you want your college experience to feel expansive, spirited, and full of options, Purdue has that feel. If you want it to feel personal, tradition-heavy, and centered on a smaller residential community, Washington and Lee is the more distinctive environment.
