University of Rochester vs Cornell for engineering: which is better for undergrad engineering?

I’m a high school senior trying to narrow down my college list, and both of these schools are on it for engineering. I know Cornell is much more famous overall, but University of Rochester also seems strong and maybe less intense.

I’m trying to understand which one is generally the better choice for an engineering major in terms of academics, opportunities, and student experience.
