Berkeley Engineering is exceptionally well known with major employers, and its location in the Bay Area creates unusually dense access to internships, research labs, startups, and alumni in engineering and tech. Purdue is also highly respected and produces excellent engineers, but Berkeley tends to open more doors at the very top end of the market.
