Bucknell is the better pick for undergraduate teaching if your priority is personal classroom experience. It is built around the undergraduate model, and is especially known for small classes and close professor-student interaction. Georgetown absolutely has excellent professors, but its scale and graduate-professional footprint usually make the day-to-day undergraduate experience feel less intimate.

One important difference is institutional focus. Bucknell is centered on undergraduates, so faculty culture is more consistently tied to teaching, advising, and being accessible outside class. At Georgetown, undergrads still get strong instruction, but the university also puts major energy into graduate programs, research, and professional schools, which can make the faculty experience feel less uniformly undergraduate-first.
